Tan Dong Hiep Ward Party Committee is the unit chosen by Di An City Party Committee to organize the grassroots-level model congress of the City Party Committee. Accordingly, the Ward Party Committee has established the Personnel Subcommittees, the Content Subcommittees, the Congress Organization Subcommittees and advisory groups to assist in drafting documents and personnel; at the same time, it has developed plans and assigned tasks to each member of the subcommittees directly responsible for providing detailed guidance in implementing the processes of drafting personnel plans; developed detailed outlines, developed specific lists of documents for each type of document, and the content of reports for each type of neighborhood block party cell, school block party cell, and enterprise block party cell.
Dong Tac Ward Party Cell successfully organized the Congress for the 2025-2027 term. This is one of two Party Cell Congresses selected by Tan Dong Hiep Ward Party Committee to organize as a pilot to gain experience in directing the successful organization of Congresses of subordinate Party Cells.
The assigned subcommittees have directly guided 23 subordinate Party cells to prepare outlines, documents, personnel procedures and prepare dossiers for submission to the Ward Party Committee for approval. The work of drafting documents and personnel plans of the Party cells has been focused on and completed and has been commented and approved by the Ward Party Committee. Notably, the subordinate Party cells have registered to organize and complete the Party cell congress for the 2025-2027 term in November 2024, expected to be completed earlier than the Ward Party Committee's plan.

Along with that, the preparation work for the 15th Tan Dong Hiep Ward Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term has also been urgently and seriously directed by the Ward Party Committee. In particular, regarding personnel preparation, the Personnel Subcommittee focused on reviewing the quantity, structure, standards, and regulations to report to the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee to organize conferences to implement the process of introducing re-election, introducing first-time participation... Regarding the content work of drafting documents to submit to the 15th Ward Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, the Content Subcommittee has developed a plan to assign specific tasks to each member and the advisory team. Up to now, the draft political report to be presented at the 15th Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030, has been basically completed and is being organized by the Ward Party Committee to collect extensive comments from the Ward Party Executive Committee, cadres, party members... according to regulations.
The Congress Organizing Subcommittee has developed and implemented a specific plan and a coordination program with other subcommittees to ensure the successful organization of the congress. The subordinate Party cells have registered and assigned members in charge to promptly support the location and give opinions on decorating the work before organizing the congress... Up to now, all preparations for organizing the Ward Party Congress have been implemented according to the schedule set out in the plan...
Focus on successfully organizing the congresses of the branches
Implementing Plan No. 113-KH/DU of the Tan Dong Hiep Ward Party Committee on leading the organization of the Party cell congress for the 2025-2027 term, towards the 15th Party Congress of the Ward, term 2025-2030, the Ward Party Committee has focused on leading and directing the subordinate Party cells to prepare the contents to organize the congress. In particular, the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee has selected 2 subordinate Party cells, Dong Tac Quarter Party Cell and Dong Chieu Secondary School Party Cell, to organize a model congress for the 2025-2027 term to gain experience in directing the organization of congresses of the remaining Party cells.
With the careful direction of the Tan Dong Hiep Ward Party Committee, up to now, 21/23 affiliated Party cells have successfully organized congresses for the 2025-2027 term. According to the plan, the 15th Tan Dong Hiep Ward Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term will take place in early January 2025 as planned with the Standing Committee of the Di An City Party Committee. |
Implementing the plan of the Ward Party Committee, the affiliated Party cells selected to organize the model congress for the 2025-2027 term have promoted a high sense of responsibility and focused on preparing and organizing the congress. Accordingly, the Dong Tac residential area Party cell held the congress on November 9, 2024; the Dong Chieu Secondary School Party cell also held the congress on November 10, 2024 with great success. Specifically, at the Dong Tac residential area Party cell congress for the 2025-2027 term, delegates elected a Party cell committee of 7 comrades, Comrade Nguyen Van Ngang was trusted to re-hold the position of Party cell secretary for the 2025-2027 term. At the Party Congress of Dong Chieu Secondary School for the 2025-2027 term, delegates elected a Party cell executive committee consisting of 3 comrades, Comrade Dau Thi Tu, Principal of Dong Chieu Secondary School, was elected as Party cell secretary for the 2025-2027 term. At the same time, the Party cells set out key tasks for the 2025-2027 term.
Comrade Tran Thi Hong Thuy, Secretary of the Tan Dong Hiep Ward Party Committee, said that immediately after the two Party cells successfully organized the model congresses, the Ward Party Committee held a conference to review the results of organizing the model congresses of the affiliated Party cells for the 2025-2027 term to direct the Party cells in the entire ward to organize the congresses. Comrade Tran Thi Hong Thuy emphasized that the congresses of the two model Party cells were successful in both content and form; the above results were achieved thanks to the solidarity and responsibility of each member of the Party Committee, the consensus of delegates and Party members. The entire Ward Party Committee has 23 affiliated Party cells, the successful organization of the model congresses of the two Party cells is an important premise, ensuring the success of the Party cell congresses, towards the 15th Tan Dong Hiep Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
