With the motto “Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development”, the congress is a broad political activity, demonstrating the will, intelligence and sense of responsibility of all cadres and party members in the School. Speaking at the congress, Major General Nguyen Tran Long, member of the Party Committee Standing Committee, Deputy Political Commissar of the 34th Corps, requested that in the 2025-2030 term, the School Party Committee continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, high responsibility, uphold the principles of organizing Party activities; regularly innovate leadership methods, improve the capacity and effectiveness of Party building work; focus on building a comprehensively strong School "Exemplary, typical"; meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

The Congress elected the School Party Executive Committee, Term I, consisting of 15 comrades; elected a delegation of 17 comrades to attend the First Congress of the Corps Party Committee. At the first Conference, the Executive Committee elected the School Party Standing Committee, consisting of 5 comrades. Colonel Nguyen Trong Huong, Political Commissar of the School, was elected to hold the position of Party Committee Secretary; Colonel Bui Van Khiem, Principal of the School, was elected to hold the position of Deputy Party Committee Secretary.
