Ensuring safety and care for the Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term

On the morning of August 28, Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Organizing Subcommittee serving the 1st Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, chaired the 2nd meeting of the Organizing Subcommittee serving the Congress to deploy key tasks in the coming time.

Attending the meeting were the Deputy Heads of the Congress Organization Subcommittee, members of the Subcommittee and the Subcommittee's Working Groups.

Comrade Nguyen Quoc Trieu, Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, reported on the implementation of the tasks of the Logistics Team.

As planned, the 1st Congress of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term will be held in October 2025; it is expected to have about 800 delegates, including 500 official delegates.

Comrade Pham Thanh Hung - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department reported on the implementation of tasks of the Security and Safety Team.

In order for the Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term to take place safely and thoughtfully, the Congress Organizing Subcommittee has established 4 support teams, including: Information and propaganda team; Logistics team; Security and safety team and Delegate health care and protection team.

Over the past time, members of the Congress Organizing Subcommittee and the Support Teams have focused on implementing assigned tasks according to the plan. In particular, they focused on preparing plans for facilities, reception, information, propaganda, logistics, security, healthcare and other conditions to serve the Congress.

At the meeting, the working groups of the Congress Organizing Subcommittee reported on the progress of implementing the assigned tasks in the recent past. At the same time, they discussed the difficulties and obstacles as well as plans for implementing the work in the coming time regarding the organization of the Congress.

Comrade Nguyen Khac Binh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Office, Deputy Head of the Sub-Committee, discussed the conditions for organizing the Congress.

He suggested that in the coming time, the groups continue to closely follow the assigned tasks, focus on organizing the implementation according to the progress and assigned work, ensuring the conditions of facilities as well as other conditions to serve the organization of the Congress.

At the same time, during the implementation process, it is necessary to review and proactively add additional work arising in the field to assign to agencies and members of the Team to implement detailed and specific work.

Representatives of the Party Finance Department and the Provincial Party Committee Office discussed the budget estimate for organizing the Congress.

In addition, there needs to be close communication, coordination and unity between teams to avoid missing work and ensure the synchronous, smooth and harmonious implementation of assigned tasks.

Through the reports, exchanges and discussions at the meeting, comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh requested the members of the Subcommittee and the supporting groups to continue to carry out the assigned tasks. In particular, list the details, assign specific tasks and send products and results to the Standing Committee of the Subcommittee for implementation.

Along with that, during the organization of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, Lam Dong also had exhibitions, displays, and an Investment Promotion Conference. This is also an important event of the province, so the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee suggested that there should be coordination and connection for the two events to be successful.
