(gialai.gov.vn) – On the morning of October 11, the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee held a conference to review the work of the first 9 months of the year and deploy tasks for the last 3 months of 2025. Chairing the conference were comrades: Pham Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Tuan Thanh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vo Thi Thu Hoa - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee. According to the report at the Conference, in the first 9 months of the year, despite facing many difficulties and challenges, especially in the process of merging and perfecting the organizational apparatus, the Provincial Party Committee has clearly demonstrated its comprehensive, timely and effective leadership and direction. Party committees, authorities and organizations at all levels have closely followed the resolutions and directives of the Central and Provincial Party Committees, promoted the spirit of solidarity, made efforts to overcome difficulties and completed many important tasks. The socio -economy continues to maintain stability and develop in many fields. GRDP growth in the third quarter of 2025 is estimated to increase by 6.88% over the same period (ranked 26/34 nationwide; 05/06 in the South Central Coast and Central Highlands). In the first 9 months of the year, GRDP is estimated to increase by 7.31% over the same period (ranked 23/34 nationwide; 03/06 in the region); services increased by 7.53%; Product taxes minus product subsidies increased by 1.42%.

The Industrial Production Index (IIP) in the first 9 months of the year increased by 9.51% over the same period. The whole province has 80 projects in operation (reaching 80% of the yearly plan) with a total capital of 10,281 billion VND; of which there are 8 key projects with a total capital of 8,955 billion VND. Compared to the same period in 2024, there were an increase of 36 projects and 5,934 billion VND in investment capital. Total retail sales of goods and consumer service revenue in the first 9 months of the year are estimated at 149,012 billion VND, up 12.5% ​​over the same period. Total budget revenue in the first 9 months of the year is estimated at 20,244 billion VND, reaching 81.1% of the estimate.

Along with that, the fields of public investment, investment attraction, and infrastructure construction have seen positive changes. Administrative reform, digital transformation, and improvement of the investment and business environment have been implemented drastically and synchronously; national defense and security have been maintained, and social order and safety have been ensured.

The work of Party building and political system building has achieved many outstanding results: political and ideological stability; successful organization of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; organizational apparatus has been improved; inspection, supervision, mass mobilization and propaganda work have been focused; studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style have been increasingly deepened; mass organization work has many improvements.

The results achieved in the past 9 months have affirmed the political determination, leadership capacity and solidarity of the entire political system. This is an important foundation, creating confidence and new momentum for the Provincial Party Committee to continue to promote and successfully complete the goals and tasks of 2025 and the following years.

All levels and sectors need to concentrate, act urgently, resolutely and effectively; make the most of the remaining time to speed up construction progress, promote disbursement of public investment capital, complete socio-economic targets; at the same time, prepare well for 2026 - the pivotal year of the term.

Concentrate maximum resources, time and political determination to comprehensively complete the goals and targets of the first year after the merger. In particular, focus on disbursing public investment capital and capital for national target programs to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Central Government; proactively review and completely remove obstacles in investment procedures, land, and site clearance; prioritize accelerating the progress of key projects and works. Promote the application of information technology in public administration. In addition, pay attention to and focus on social security, job stability, and income improvement, especially in ethnic minority areas, remote and isolated areas. Maintain political stability, social order and safety, and national defense and security. Pay attention to natural disaster prevention and control in the last months of the year.

Regarding the Party building work, the Party Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee requested that it is necessary to soon complete the organization and personnel after the merger. Timely arrange the Party organization, apparatus and personnel of agencies and units, ensuring stable and smooth operations. Improve the quality of Party cell and Party committee activities associated with innovating leadership and management methods; strengthen discipline, order and exemplary responsibility of leaders.
