Vinh Phong Commune Party Committee held a congress for the 2025 - 2030 term

On August 19 and 20, the Vinh Phong Commune Party Committee (An Giang Province) held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Nguyen Van Sach attended and delivered a speech directing the congress.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, Vinh Phong Commune Party Committee strives for the total value of some key sectors to reach over 20,453 billion VND, of which agriculture - aquaculture reaches 13,758 billion VND; by 2030, the rate of schools meeting national standards will reach 81.82%. Total budget revenue will reach over 186 billion VND, an average annual increase of 9% and reaching 100% of the assigned target...

Speaking at the congress, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Nguyen Van Sach highly appreciated the results achieved by the Vinh Phong Commune Party Committee in the past term.

He suggested that the Party Committee of the commune should have a correct and complete understanding of the position, role, potential and development opportunities of Vinh Phong commune in the overall new development space of the province and the region in order to renew thinking, vision and identify breakthrough tasks for the development of the commune worthy of its agricultural production strengths, associated with the specific eco-tourism of the U Minh Thuong region. Immediately after the congress, the Party Committee of the commune needs to deploy an action program to implement the congress resolution with the spirit of "clear people, clear work, clear time, clear responsibility, clear authority, clear results"; disseminate and widely propagate to soon bring the resolution into life...

The Congress announced the decision to appoint 33 comrades to join the Executive Committee of the Vinh Phong Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; the Standing Committee consists of 10 comrades. Comrade Nguyen Chi Thanh was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
