On the occasion of the 65th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's third visit to Thai Binh (October 26, 1958 - October 26, 2023), on the afternoon of October 26, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Provincial Fatherland Front Committee organized an incense offering and flower offering ceremony to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Uncle Ho Temple and the Uncle Ho Monument with Vietnamese farmers (Hoang Dieu Ward, Thai Binh City).

Attending the incense offering ceremony were comrades: Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; representatives of a number of departments, branches, and organizations of Thai Binh province and city.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegates offered incense and flower baskets with the words “Eternally remembering the merits of President Ho Chi Minh”, observed a moment of silence and expressed their infinite gratitude to the immense merits of President Ho Chi Minh, the genius leader of our Party and people, an outstanding activist of the international communist and workers’ movement. He devoted and sacrificed his entire life to the cause of national liberation, class liberation, and the struggle for peace, national independence and the happiness of the people.

Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegates vowed to wholeheartedly follow the path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho, firmly uphold Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought, the ideal of national independence and socialism. Promote the revolutionary tradition, the tradition of the homeland, strive to study and follow the ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh, constantly unite, unify, strive to overcome all difficulties and challenges, affirm the determination and aspiration of the province to rise up, strive to effectively carry out patriotic emulation movements, socio-economic development goals and tasks, contributing to the successful implementation of resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels.
