Accordingly, to suit the actual conditions of the unit, synchronize the overall landscape, requirements for performing regular military and defense tasks and other tasks of the Military Region in the new situation, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Military Region 4 met and unanimously approved the adjustment of the master plan of the barracks of the Military Region's agencies - Military Region 4 and the content and scale of investment in construction of related works.
