Along with analyzing the content, the candidate provided a lot of new information in implementing the resolution, applying it to the defense foreign affairs of the Party and State.
Not only imparting knowledge, the teacher also interacts to grasp the cognitive ability of the learner. When asked about the "4 no" defense policy, Major To Quoc Anh, Head of the Mechanical Team, Launch Mechanics and Engineering Laboratory, Sample Storage Laboratory Center, answered correctly and related the implementation of the "4 no" policy in the past time. With the topic "Cultivating the desire to contribute to soldiers to meet the requirements of building the Vietnam People's Army in the new situation", Lieutenant Colonel Giang Kim Ngoc, Political Commissar of Warehouse K834 (Armament Department) used the method of raising problems, analyzing content, and combining illustrative slideshows. Each problem raised was related to the practical conditions of the unit, the requirements in training the qualities and manners of military soldiers. Lieutenant Colonel Giang Kim Ngoc said: "Determining the target learners are technical experts, in addition to general knowledge, the lecture supplements specialized information, with illustrative examples close to the working conditions of the army".
To improve the quality of teaching, the candidates have focused on doing a good job of preparing right from the stage of compiling the lectures. With responsibility and the spirit of self-study and research, the teaching staff have collected many valuable documents, materials, and images, prepared lectures, exploited and applied information technology, built elaborate, logical, scientific presentation outlines, tight layout, in accordance with regulations, with many vivid illustrations. Major Ta Quang Phong, Political Commissar of the Maintenance and Repair Workshop (Warehouse K850, Department of Military Armaments) shared his experience: "In preparing electronic lectures, the composer needs to select and edit the basic, core content of each part and each item to present through each slide, supporting learners to take notes of the main content of the lesson. The reasonable integration of illustrative images suitable for each content, harmonious, eye-catching, easy-to-view color coordination, and the use of many beautiful effects will help learners feel attracted and captivated."

The Political Teaching Cadre Competition of the Military Armaments Department was held at the grassroots level with more than 300 cadres participating, thereby selecting 53 comrades to compete at the Department level. The diverse contestants included comrades who were party secretaries of departments, party cell secretaries, and political assistants of units. Most of the contestants were of high age and military age, and were also influenced by many tasks and activities of the unit, but with a sense of responsibility, 100% of the contestants were creative and innovative to best demonstrate the content of the political teaching competition.
During the teaching practice, each comrade exploited the strengths of political education, skillfully combining the teaching practice content with basic theory, equipped knowledge of social sciences and humanities, closely related to domestic, regional and international practices, the tasks of the Army, the technical sector and the unit. All candidates closely combined the teaching practice content with the use of projection methods to illustrate and impact the visual impact of the educational object, thereby deeply analyzing and clarifying the Party's political and military viewpoints and guidelines, helping to make the teaching practice content richer and more diverse.
Colonel Pham Quang Le, Head of the Political Department of the Military Armaments Department, Head of the contest jury, commented: “The highlight of the contest is that the contestants invested in building lectures with information technology applications, tight layout, and in accordance with regulations. During the lecture process, the contestants closely combined the presentation of content with the use of slideshows to illustrate and update many new data and information, knowing how to develop beyond the scope of the provided documents; quoting real-life examples, making the lecture lively; summarizing, concluding, and orienting clearly, suitable for each audience.”
The contest gained many new points in the exploitation to deepen the content, flexibly apply the teaching forms. The results drawn from the contest are the basis for the Party committees and commanders of units in the Military Armament Department to closely organize political education work, concretize it into the tasks of the unit and each subject. The contest created opportunities for cadres at all levels to improve their professional knowledge, update their knowledge, share good and creative practices, thereby improving the quality of political education in the unit.
