Witnessing the heavy damage caused by storm No. 13 in the localities, Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, Chairman of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers Nguyen Pham Duy Trang shared the difficulties of households affected by storms and floods, encouraged families, especially the elderly and students and children. He requested the Youth Union at all levels of Dak Lak province to continue supporting families affected by storms and floods to stabilize their lives soon, take care of students, especially children in difficult circumstances, so that they can return to school with peace of mind.

On this occasion, the Central Youth Union and the Central Council of Young Pioneers presented support including: 400 million VND to support children and people affected by storm No. 13 from Amway Vietnam Co., Ltd., Bao Tin Group Joint Stock Company; 3,000 gifts of school supplies for children, worth 300 million VND from Thien Long Group Joint Stock Company.

In addition, the Central Youth Union coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union to support 10 families (including 3 households in Xuan Canh commune, 3 households in Phu Mo commune, 4 households in Xuan Lanh commune) with heavy damage (50 million VND/household) whose houses were completely or partially collapsed, and whose families had victims; supported 50 gifts (2 million VND/gift) for families of Youth Union officials in 3 communes with heavy damage due to storms and floods; presented 100 cans of milk to students of Da Loc Kindergarten, Xuan Lanh commune; presented Vinamilk products worth 200 million VND.
