Logistics College 2, formerly Military Medical High School 2, was established on August 30, 1977 under Decision No. 51/QDH of the General Department of Logistics. From December 2021, Logistics College 2 is under the General Department of Logistics (now the General Department of Logistics and Engineering).

Lieutenant General Tran Minh Duc, Director of the General Department of Logistics and Technology, gave a speech at the inspection.

From the beginning of 2025 until now, the Party Committee, Board of Directors, and all cadres, teachers, students, staff, and soldiers of Logistics College 2 have overcome difficulties, determined to make efforts, and successfully completed the assigned tasks. Specifically: The school has completed the registration of the code for the General Practitioner major, college level. The military recruitment results reached 99.8%; military recruitment reached 92.0%; propaganda and career guidance for civilian recruitment reached 73.1%. Completed and issued 8 training programs for military and civilian medical, pharmaceutical, and nursing majors. Well organized and implemented the training plan, currently training 22 classes with 862 students at college, intermediate, and elementary levels in medicine, pharmacy, nursing, and food processing techniques (military and civilian systems)...

The working group inspected the anatomy and physiology practice class of the basic medicine department.

Along with that, the School has developed and issued 3 output standards for training programs for subjects in General Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing at the civil college level. Developed and implemented the Project to build a digital science repository on the Moodle platform in organizing teaching, testing, exams, and managing students' scores. Scientific research activities continue to be promoted with 10 topics and 15 initiatives that have been accepted and recognized; accepted 6 textbooks at the General Staff level of the Vietnam People's Army...

After inspecting the reality at Logistics College 2, Lieutenant General Tran Minh Duc acknowledged and commended the efforts and comprehensive results that the School has achieved. At the same time, he requested the Party Committee and the School Board to continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the resolutions and directives of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense on education and training; review, adjust and perfect the training programs of the majors to ensure they are close to reality; propose solutions to implement the criteria set for a smart, modern School associated with digital transformation as a basis to improve the quality of training for military medical and logistics staff for the Army.

The working group inspected the practical class of intermediate culinary technology students.

In particular, it is necessary to focus on building a team of teachers and educational managers, focusing on improving professional capacity and pedagogical methods associated with digital transformation; developing lesson plans and lectures in a smart, modern direction, suitable for each training subject. Continue to research and innovate processes, programs, training content, forms and teaching methods, linking training content with practical requirements of treatment, health care for soldiers, and logistics assurance at units.

The Head of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering emphasized that in the coming time, the School needs to actively consolidate and upgrade its facilities, training equipment, training grounds, and training grounds; take care of the material and spiritual life of soldiers better and better.
