Colonel Luc Nam Thang, Chief of Political Affairs of the General Staff of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering chaired the conference.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Luc Nam Thang acknowledged and commended the outstanding results and achievements that the youth of the General Staff had achieved in recent times. He emphasized that in the 2025-2030 period, the Youth Union organizations in the General Staff need to continue to promote the spirit of initiative and creativity, building a contingent of cadres and members with strong political will, pure ethics, and comprehensive capacity to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
