At the meeting, Colonel Hoang Tuan, Director of the Design Institute, said: Since the beginning of 2025, the Party Committee and the Institute's commanders have led and directed the successful completion of tasks. In particular, production and business have been maintained, creating enough jobs and ensuring income for workers. The ideology of cadres and employees is stable, and internal solidarity and unity are maintained.

Notably, the Institute has implemented production and business targets according to plan, directed units to closely follow investors, and implemented to ensure the progress and quality of many key projects in the Army; continued to expand and strengthen the exploitation of work in markets outside the Army.

The Institute proactively seeks information, participates in architectural design competitions, creates opportunities to expand the market, exploit jobs; proactively coordinates with investors to prepare for the medium-term period 2025-2030. Agencies and units coordinate closely, striving to complete production and business targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. The Institute's revenue up to now has reached nearly 299 billion VND, reaching more than 71.3% of the 2025 plan.

The Institute performs other assigned tasks, such as advising and appraising the project to build a Memorial Area for Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who died in Laos; appraising projects to repair, restore, and embellish the Vietnam - Laos Solidarity and Combat Alliance Monument; launching the creation and promotion of literary, artistic, and journalistic works on the theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style" in the field of Military Architecture in 2025...

In his speech, Lieutenant General Tran Minh Duc requested the Design Institute to fully absorb the opinions and contributions of the working group members; commend and acknowledge the outstanding results that the unit has achieved since the beginning of the year.

Lieutenant General Tran Minh Duc emphasized that the Design Institute needs to continue promoting the capacity of its leadership and command team, along with the spirit of determination and creativity to successfully complete key political tasks; focus on selecting and effectively using human resources, meeting the increasingly high requirements for design quality and construction consultancy.

The Director of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering requested the Design Institute to continue to proactively expand cooperation and partnership relations to increase productivity, enhance competitiveness, keep up with the development trends of the market and society; maintain discipline and order; pay attention to taking good care of the material and spiritual life of officers, employees and workers, contributing to affirming its position as a leading unit in the field of design and construction consultancy of the Army.
