The conference determined the direction, goals, tasks, and solutions for the work of the Union and youth movement for the period 2025 - 2030.

The conference focused on discussing and contributing ideas to the draft report summarizing the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering and draft documents to be submitted to the 13th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; discussing, contributing, amending and supplementing the Charter of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Le Dang Dung highly appreciated the close and comprehensive leadership and direction of the Party Committee and commanders, the specific and meticulous guidance of political agencies at all levels, which contributed significantly to the results of the Youth Union and youth movement activities in the Department.

The Party Secretary and Deputy Director requested that in the coming time, we urgently overcome the remaining limitations and continue to effectively implement propaganda and education work; effectively carry out revolutionary action movements; arouse the creativity and aspirations of the youth in the Department, build a strong Youth Union organization in terms of politics, ideology, ethics and organization; actively participate in building a strong and clean Party organization, a strong and comprehensive unit that is "exemplary and typical".

On this occasion, on behalf of the Party Committee Standing Committee and the Department's commander, Colonel Le Dang Dung awarded certificates of merit to cadres and union members with outstanding achievements in implementing the movement "Army Youth cultivate morality, train talent, be proactive, creative, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new period" for the period 2022 - 2025.
