Colonel Phung Thanh Tien, Deputy Director of the Political Department (General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army), representative of the Standing Office of the Head of Emulation Block No. 1 of the Ministry of National Defense , was the Head of the inspection delegation.

Colonel Phung Thanh Tien, Head of the inspection team, concluded the inspection content of Emulation Block No. 1 of the Ministry of National Defense at Group 871.

Participating in the inspection delegation were leaders and officers of agencies and units in Emulation Block No. 1 of the Ministry of National Defense; representatives of a number of functional agencies of the General Department of Politics ; representatives of political agency officers of member units of Emulation Block No. 1.

Working with the Inspection Team were comrades: Colonel Nguyen The Trung, Head of Group 871; Colonel Tran Xuan Luong, Political Commissar of Group 871; comrades in the Party Committee and commanders of Group 871.

The working group inspected the maintenance of regularity and ensured living conditions for international students of Group 871.

Emulation bloc No. 1 of the Ministry of National Defense includes agencies and units: General Staff; General Department of Politics; General Department of Logistics and Engineering; General Department of Defense Industry; General Department II; Government Cipher Committee.

The report of the leaders of Group 871 at the inspection session showed that in 2025, the emulation and reward work and the Emulation Movement for Victory of Group 871 had thoroughly grasped the resolutions, directives and instructions of superiors; closely followed the functions and tasks of the agency and unit; actively implemented, according to plan and with quality.

The working group inspected the system of books and documents on Party and political work of Group 871.

In 2025, the Emulation Movement for Victory was regularly focused on by Group 871 and spread more and more widely.

From the emulation movement, many outstanding collectives and individuals emerged, who are shining examples in emulation, study, training, and pioneering in activities, contributing to building units that excellently complete tasks, are absolutely safe in all aspects, and successfully carry out assigned tasks.

Colonel Tran Xuan Luong, Political Commissar of Group 871, presented a report at the inspection session.

After listening to the report, the inspection team divided into groups to directly inspect the contents, focusing on the system of books and documents on emulation and reward work and the Victory Emulation Movement; the maintenance of the regular implementation of the unit, especially for international students; digital transformation work and organization of the implementation of the Digital Popular Education Movement; and aspects of logistics, technical and financial assurance work of Group 871.

Concluding the inspection, Colonel Phung Thanh Tien acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of the emulation and reward work and the Victory Emulation Movement of Group 871, praising the unit for having a number of creative, effective and practical models and methods. The head of the inspection team requested Group 871 to fully absorb the comments and assessments, especially the shortcomings pointed out by the inspection team; and promptly organize to overcome and rectify.

Along with that, the Party Committee and unit commanders need to continue to study, thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the superiors' guiding documents on emulation and reward work; deploy emulation activities of the block to ensure they are suitable to the practical situation of the unit. Strengthen leadership, direction, improve the quality and effectiveness of the Emulation Movement to Win, peak emulation periods and campaigns of all levels, sectors and organizations to closely follow the requirements and tasks of the unit.

In addition, continue to pay attention to and build typical advanced collectives and individuals, build new models, good and creative ways of doing things, so that the emulation movement has real depth and practical effectiveness, motivating cadres, employees, students, soldiers and workers in the emulation unit to excellently complete all assigned tasks.
