According to Mr. De, this morning he went down to check the boat as usual, everything was normal. However, at around 8 o'clock, due to the influence of strong currents on the Cai River, the boat suddenly sank.

Immediately after receiving the news, Thanh Hai Border Guard Station coordinated with the "4 on-site" forces to urgently deploy the rescue, mobilizing more large ships to support and prevent the ship from being swept away. For now, the force can only fix the ship's position, waiting for the weather to stabilize before proceeding with the salvage.
