During the past term, the Trade Union of Military Hospital 103 has performed well its representative function, taking care of the lives and supporting union members in the Hospital who are facing difficulties.

In addition, constantly innovate the content and methods of operation, promote the intelligence of each union member in improving the quality of examination, treatment and patient care.

Union officials and members have successfully implemented the emulation movement of Good Workers, Creative Workers; Popularizing Digital Education; actively applying information technology, digital transformation, and electronic medical records in medical examination and treatment management.

Union members and doctors participated in 40 scientific research topics and technical innovation initiatives to participate in Youth Creativity Competitions at all levels.

The Hospital Union visited and encouraged 140 union members with a total amount of more than 200 million VND; organized a fundraiser to support 1 union member with long-term treatment with more than 20 million VND. Participated in medical examination and free medicine provision to help more than 3,500 policy beneficiaries with difficult circumstances in localities of Hanoi, Nam Dinh province, Ha Nam province, nursing centers for seriously wounded soldiers and those with meritorious services.

The Hospital's grassroots trade union was awarded 1 emulation flag and 1 certificate of merit by the head of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army; 215 individuals were awarded certificates of merit by commanders at all levels.

Speaking at the congress, Colonel, Dr. Tran Tan Cuong, Party Committee Secretary, Deputy Director of Military Hospital 103 affirmed that the Party Committee, the Hospital Board of Directors, Party Committees and commanders of units always pay attention to leading and directing mass organizations, including the trade union. He acknowledged and commended the results that the Hospital Trade Union achieved in the past term.

The Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term was introduced to the congress.

For the 2025 - 2030 term, the Party Secretary and Deputy Director of the Hospital requested that the commanders of agencies and units need to improve and enhance the quality of union activities. The Executive Committee of the Hospital's grassroots union for the new term needs to pay attention to and take care of the working environment and the material and spiritual life of each union member.

The Congress elected 9 comrades to the Hospital Trade Union Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term and 1 comrade to attend the 11th Military Trade Union Congress.
