The 83rd Engineer Brigade mobilized 30 officers and soldiers along with 5 cars, 2 trucks, 1 crane and 2 motorboats to Ky Bi and Ky Lam villages (Dien Ban Tay commune, Da Nang city) which have been completely isolated by floodwaters for the past 2 days.

Here, the 83rd Engineer Brigade supported the people with necessities; coordinated with functional forces and local authorities to use cranes and motorboats to deliver food and medicine to isolated households in the flood area; propagated and mobilized people not to move to dangerous areas; supported people in cleaning up after the water receded, disinfecting the environment, and overcoming the consequences caused by floods.

On October 30, Fisheries Control Team No. 3 mobilized 50 officers and employees to deploy support, rescue, and help people affected by floods in Dien Ban ward (Da Nang city).

The working group of Fisheries Control Team No. 3 coordinated with local authorities to cross many deeply flooded roads to reach the affected areas and hand-delivered 100 gifts (each worth 500,000 VND) including necessities such as: instant noodles, drinking water, milk, dry food, canned meat, medical medicines... to the poor families who suffered heavy losses due to natural disasters and storms and floods in Dien Ban ward.
