Renovating and upgrading the provincial Martyrs' Cemetery - Contributing to gratitude and educating patriotic traditions

On October 30, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ngo Vu Thang attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the project to renovate and upgrade the Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery (project) in Hoa Binh commune. This is a meaningful activity, demonstrating the province's concern for the work of gratitude, caring for the families of martyrs and people with meritorious services to the revolution, contributing to building a spacious and solemn memorial space; at the same time, educating the tradition of patriotism for the younger generation.

According to the adjusted documents, the project focuses on the main items: Renovating and upgrading the campus infrastructure; repairing and adding technical items; renovating degraded items... Thereby, gradually completing the memorial space, meeting the needs of visiting and offering incense of martyrs' relatives and the people.

At the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ngo Vu Thang emphasized: The investment in upgrading and renovating the Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery demonstrates the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", and is the gratitude of the Provincial Party Committee, government and people for the great contributions of heroic martyrs.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ngo Vu Thang requested the Department of Home Affairs to closely coordinate with relevant units to monitor, supervise, and urge the implementation on schedule; ensure quality, techniques, and requirements on landscape and aesthetics; at the same time, request the construction unit to mobilize sufficient human resources and equipment, organize scientific and safe construction, ensure environmental sanitation, strive to complete the project according to plan, and meet the aspirations of martyrs' relatives and the people.
