The Investment Promotion Board's personnel include Mr. Tran Tien Loi, Executive Committee Member and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thai Hoa Investment Group Joint Stock Company, as the Head of the Board. Members include Mr. Dao Tien Sy, Executive Committee Member and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dien Khoi Group Joint Stock Company; and Mr. Ngo Duc Trong, Executive Committee Member and Director of Minh Long Sang Trong Limited Company.

The Dong Dak Lak Real Estate Club is chaired by Mr. Nguyen Ba Thanh, Executive Committee Member and Director of Gia Thanh Land Real Estate Services and Brokerage Company Limited. The establishment of the East Dak Lak Real Estate Club is a strategic step, in line with the actual situation after the merger of Dak Lak and Phu Yen provinces, and also based on the legitimate aspirations of members operating in the real estate sector in the eastern part of Dak Lak province (formerly Phu Yen province).
