Register to build models and initiatives in administrative reform

On July 4, the Provincial People's Committee issued Official Dispatch 4983 on applying and replicating models, initiatives, and good practices in administrative reform.

The Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Agriculture and Rural Development, Education and Training, Industry and Trade; the districts of Bac Tra My, Que Son, Phuoc Son, Thang Binh, Nui Thanh, Dai Loc, Dien Ban town, Tam Ky city; the communes of Dai Cuong, Dai Thanh (Dai Loc), Tam Giang (Nui Thanh), Binh Minh (Thang Binh), Huong An town (Que Son) and the communes and wards in Tam Ky city in implementing models, initiatives, and good practices in administrative reform in the past time.

The Provincial People's Committee requests departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to study and refer to good initiatives and models in the province or other models across the country to apply, suitable to the reality in their agencies, units and localities.

At the same time, register to build at least 1 model/initiative/solution with breakthrough in administrative reform to focus on building and effectively implementing in 2024; send to the Department of Home Affairs before July 31, 2024 for monitoring, synthesizing and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee.

The Department of Home Affairs is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the implementation to advise the Provincial People's Committee to consider expanding and promptly encourage and reward agencies, units and localities that effectively, practically and have breakthroughs in administrative reform work.
