At the conference, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Thai Binh disseminated and thoroughly grasped important documents of the Central Committee, including: Regulation No. 231-QD/TW dated January 17, 2025 of the Politburo on protecting people fighting against corruption, waste, and negativity; Regulation No. 189-QD/TW dated October 8, 2024 of the Politburo on controlling power, preventing and combating corruption and negativity in the management and use of public finance and assets; Regulation No. 232-QD/TW dated January 20, 2025 of the 13th Party Central Committee on implementing the Party Charter; Conclusion No. 103-KL/TW dated December 2, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 30-NQ/TW dated March 12, 2014 of the Politburo on continuing to arrange, innovate and develop, and improve the operational efficiency of agricultural and forestry companies; Conclusion No. 105-KL/TW dated December 4, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 33-CT/TW dated January 3, 2014 of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership over asset declaration and control.

Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Thai Binh thoroughly grasped Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW dated February 28, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on implementing research and proposing to continue to reorganize the apparatus of the political system; Resolution No. 190/2005/QH15 dated February 19, 2025 of the National Assembly regulating the handling of a number of issues related to the reorganization of the state apparatus; Directive No. 39-CT/TW dated October 30, 2024 of the Secretariat on improving the effectiveness of social policy credit in the new period; Directive No. 41-CT/TW dated December 26, 2024 of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership over emulation and reward work in the new situation.

The Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission also thoroughly grasped the documents of the province, including: Plan No. 299-KH/TU dated December 17, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to implement Conclusion No. 62-KL/TW dated October 2, 2023 of the Politburo on implementing Resolution No. 19-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee on continuing to innovate the organization and management system, improving the quality and efficiency of public service units in Gia Lai province; Plan No. 315-KH/TU dated February 28, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to implement Conclusion No. 103-KL/TW dated December 2, 2024 of the Politburo.

The conference is an opportunity for Party committees, Party organizations, agencies and units to grasp the basic and core contents stated in Party documents; thereby applying viewpoints, goals, tasks and solutions to build programs and implementation plans suitable to the actual situation of the agencies and units.
