Join hands to implement the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses

The Foreign Security Department joined hands to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in Yen Phu commune, Ham Yen district.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thanh Son - Head of the Foreign Security Department, in recent years, the Party Committee and leaders of the department have always thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the mass mobilization work under the direction of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee and the Provincial Police Party Committee. This movement has received strong consensus and support from the masses, and the active participation of agencies, businesses and socio-political organizations.

Since the end of 2023, the Foreign Security Force has mobilized officers and soldiers to support and contribute nearly 60,000,000 VND to support investment costs for building houses for poor households in Yen Phu commune. In addition to financial support, the Foreign Security Force has also directly joined hands with authorities at all levels to support people in building houses.

In particular, the Foreign Security Department has connected and mobilized the sponsor, Ho Toan Joint Stock Company, to join hands to support 70,000,000 VND in funding to build a house for Mr. Ly Van Mien's family, Yen Lap village 3, Yen Phu commune, Ham Yen district (a family with especially difficult circumstances in Yen Phu commune). This is not only Mr. Mien's joy, but also the result of the joint efforts and consensus of the local government and functional forces in the movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses that is being strongly implemented in Tuyen Quang province.

The Youth Union of the Foreign Security Department coordinated with the Youth Union of Yen Phu commune, Ham Yen district to join hands in building and eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses.

Sharing his excitement, Mr. Ly Van Mien emotionally said: “During the construction process, my family received enthusiastic support from the local government, the militia, the police, mass organizations and the villagers. Thanks to this support, we can confidently build a new, spacious and clean house. I am extremely grateful.”

Ms. Do Thi Thu Hien - Secretary of the Party Committee of Yen Phu commune said: "Ham Yen is one of the districts with a high rate of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses compared to the province's plan. Particularly in Yen Phu commune, the Party Committee and People's Committee have focused on implementing the program resolutely, upholding the spirit of "The State and the people work together", along with the help of the police force in implementing the program, which has brought high efficiency, spreading positive values ​​in the community".

Not only stopping at the initial results, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Police force in general and the Foreign Security Department in particular are continuing to promote the implementation of support programs, contributing to speeding up the progress of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses throughout the province. Thereby contributing to creating a bond between the police force and the people, increasing people's trust in the government, and at the same time effectively preventing activities that take advantage of housing difficulties to distort, incite, and entice people to participate in illegal acts.
