From May 6 to 12, the Da Nang Tourism Department coordinated with the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism to participate in a series of programs introducing Vietnamese tourism in the cities of Milan (Italy), Geneva (Switzerland) and Paris (France).
This is an important tourism promotion activity to promote the image of Vietnam as a destination in general, and the beach, MICE and Golf resort destination of Da Nang in particular, to the high-end tourist market in Europe.
From May 6 to 12, Da Nang Tourism Industry participated in a series of programs introducing Vietnam tourism in the cities of Milan (Italy), Geneva (Switzerland) and Paris (France).
At the events held in Milan (May 6) and Geneva (May 8), Da Nang Tourism introduced typical tourism products including: high-end beach resorts, conference and exhibition tourism (MICE) and golf tourism. Representatives of Da Nang tourism focused on introducing the advantages of modern infrastructure, diverse accommodation systems and professional services, suitable for both individual tourists and international delegations and event organizers.
In particular, on this occasion, Da Nang has integrated the introduction of the destination linkage model with the ancient town of Hoi An - a World Cultural Heritage recognized by UNESCO. The combination of high-class resort space in Da Nang and traditional cultural experiences in Hoi An is highly appreciated by European tourism partners.
Business-to-business (B2B) networking sessions of Da Nang Tourism with international travel agencies and airlines in Milan and Geneva.
Along with destination promotion activities, Da Nang Tourism also actively participated in business-to-business (B2B) networking sessions with international travel agencies and airlines in Milan and Geneva. Evening business meetings in Milan and Geneva created opportunities for business delegations to establish cooperative relationships, exchange products, and share market information directly with partners from Europe and the French-speaking business community.
Following the success in Milan and Geneva, the Vietnam tourism promotion program will continue to be held in Paris (France) on May 12, 2025. This is an important event to approach the French market - one of the countries with the highest number of visitors to Vietnam in the EU, while creating opportunities to connect with travel agencies, media and large businesses in the capital Paris./.
