Hoang Mai: Stop implementing public investment projects of district budget

At the meeting, after discussion, the People's Council of Hoang Mai district passed: Resolution on approving the General budget settlement of Hoang Mai district in 2024; Resolution on stopping the implementation of public investment projects of the district budget.

Speaking at the meeting, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Hoang Mai District Nguyen Duc Dung stated: The 17th session - the thematic session of the People's Council of Hoang Mai District, term IV, 2021-2026 is an event of special significance. Not only performing tasks according to the Law on Organization of Local Government 2025, the session also takes place in the context of Hoang Mai District and the whole city of Hanoi entering the historical period of the revolution of arranging administrative units.

"This is the time when we need to demonstrate a high sense of responsibility, solidarity and strong determination to ensure that the decisions made not only meet immediate requirements but also create a solid foundation for sustainable development in the future," emphasized comrade Nguyen Duc Dung.

The District People's Council requests the Standing Committee of the District People's Council, the People's Council committees, the People's Council delegations and the District People's Council delegates to immediately start implementing the resolutions and report to the District People's Council according to regulations after the session.
