The enterprise proposed the second highest land rental price of 3.81 billion VND/year, but the documents did not ensure the condition of no tax or social insurance debt in the most recent fiscal year up to the time of application submission (no confirmation from the tax authority and social insurance authority).

The enterprise that proposed the third highest land rental price was DHTC Da Nang Joint Stock Company with the amount of 3,066 billion VND/year and had a record of ensuring 7 conditions for land rental registration according to the announcement of the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center, so the units agreed to choose to lease 2 short-term land plots to organize Son Tra night market.

Among those 7 conditions, the enterprise must commit to using the land for the right purpose of operating Son Tra night market; arrange business locations for small traders (about 190 small traders) currently doing business at Son Tra night market; demonstrate sufficient financial capacity to invest in Son Tra night market according to the plan of Son Tra District People's Committee...

Representatives of the Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs, and the Department of Finance and Planning of Son Tra District also informed the district's policy on reorganizing Son Tra night market on two plots of land to continue to maintain and promote the image and tourism products to domestic and foreign tourists. At the same time, ensuring social security and creating jobs for workers.

Therefore, the district and related units have considered choosing a business to rent land to organize Son Tra night market that not only has capacity and experience, but also ensures the above conditions, in which, the business must not owe taxes and social insurance in the most recent fiscal year up to the time of application submission.
