Congress of Party Delegates of Companies under Army Corps 15

On the morning of May 8, the Party Committee of One Member Company 74 (Army Corps 15) solemnly held the 9th Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Attending the Congress were Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hong Lam - Deputy Commander of Army Corps 15 and 120 delegates who are party members from Party cells under the Party Committee of One Member Company 74.

According to the report at the Congress, in the past term, the Party Committee of the Company thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the Resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels and focused on comprehensive, synchronous and effective leadership of the unit's tasks. Specifically, in terms of performing military and defense tasks, the unit well implemented the training directive, combat readiness, closely combined defense and security tasks with socio-economic development, maintained political security and social order and safety. Military training met 100% of requirements, 77.8% were good and excellent, ensuring absolute safety. In terms of performing production and economic development tasks, the Company exceeded its targets with a production value of more than VND 1,952 billion, revenue of more than VND 1,796 billion, budget contribution of VND 296.44 billion, pre-tax profit of VND 464.342 billion. Dry rubber latex output reached more than 30,524 tons, fresh coffee beans more than 921 tons, electricity 8.942 million kWh, beef 1,324 tons.

The Party Committee has led the construction of a "model, typical" unit in terms of politics, ideology, and organization. Politicaleducation , traditions, and laws have been innovated, creating high solidarity and consensus. The Emulation Movements for Victory, culture, and sports have been promoted, with many advanced models appearing. In 2025, the Company was honored to receive the First Class Labor Medal. In 2023, the Company received the Government's Emulation Flag. Mass mobilization, twinning, and support for ethnic minorities have been focused on, creating jobs for more than 2,100 workers/year. Logistics, technical work, administrative reform, and digital transformation have been effectively implemented, taking care of the material and spiritual lives of cadres, soldiers, and workers.

The Congress also set out the direction for the 2025-2030 term, focusing on leading the successful implementation of military and defense tasks, economic development, building a strong Party organization, a "model and typical" unit, contributing to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. The Congress elected the 9th Party Executive Committee of the Company (term 2025-2030) consisting of 10 comrades and elected 19 official delegates to attend the 9th Congress of the Party Committee of the 15th Corps, term 2025-2030. At the first meeting of the new term Executive Committee, the positions of Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Inspection Committee, and Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Company Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term were elected. Colonel Ha Van Nam - Party Committee Secretary, Deputy Director of the Company was re-elected as Party Committee Secretary of the Company for the 9th term, 2025-2030.

At the 9th Congress of the Party Committee of the 72nd One Member Company Limited for the 2025-2030 term, the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term was elected, consisting of 10 comrades, and the Delegation to attend the 9th Congress of the Party Committee of the 15th Army Corps for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 19 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates. Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Chi Kien was re-elected as Secretary of the Party Committee of the 72nd One Member Company Limited for the 9th term, 2025-2030 term.

On the same day, the Party Committee of Binh Duong One Member Co., Ltd. also held the 9th Party Congress of the Company for the 2025-2030 term. At the congress, delegates elected the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 9 comrades, and elected 8 official delegates to attend the 9th Party Congress of the 15th Corps for the 2025-2030 term. Lieutenant Colonel Le Duc Toan was re-elected as Secretary of the Party Committee of Binh Duong Company for the 9th term.

At the 9th Party Congress of Vocational College No. 21, term 2025-2030. The Congress elected the Party Executive Committee of 9 comrades and elected 5 official delegates to attend the 9th Party Congress of Army Corps 15, term 2025-2030. Lieutenant Colonel Vu Thanh The was re-elected as Secretary of the Party Committee of Vocational College No. 21, term 9, term 2025-2030.
