Tien Phong Plastic aims to become a billion-dollar Vietnamese brand

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Dang Quoc Dung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thieu Nien Tien Phong Plastic Joint Stock Company, reviewed the company's proud 65-year development journey.

Established from a small children's planning movement in 1960, the small Tien Phong Plastic Factory on the banks of the Cam River at that time only produced simple toys and school supplies for children.

Up to now, Tien Phong Plastic has transformed strongly, invested in a synchronous system of machinery and advanced technology and become one of the leading brands in the field of manufacturing and trading of plastic pipes and spare parts in Vietnam.

From Hai Phong, the company gradually built a large factory system in Nghe An and Binh Duong , established a distribution network covering 63 provinces and cities and is present in many international markets.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Tho, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee affirmed: The city believes that Tien Phong Plastic will continue to maintain its position as a key enterprise in the industrial sector, accompanying the city in many fields, especially theeducation sector with the Tien Phong Education Complex Project following the international model, expected to be completed by the end of 2026.

With the goal of achieving total system revenue of 10,000 billion VND by 2030 and aiming to become a billion-dollar Vietnamese brand by 2045, Tien Phong Plastics is promoting research and development of new product lines, pioneering in orienting market demand, including many products manufactured for the first time in Vietnam such as ISO 3633 drainage system, resistance welding fittings, double-layer corrugated PP pipes, or CPVC pipes and fittings, modern and safe solutions for fire prevention and fighting in high-rise buildings, commercial centers, and industrial parks.

Not only a pioneer in technology and products, Tien Phong Plastic is also a leading enterprise in social responsibility activities. Over the past 65 years, the company has implemented many meaningful social security programs such as "Bridge of Love", building bridges for people, granting scholarships to poor students who overcome difficulties, supporting the central and local funds for the poor.

The 65th anniversary of Tien Phong Plastics, attended by more than 2,000 officials, employees and retired officials from the three regions of the North, Central and South, truly became a great festival, an opportunity for generations to reminisce, share pride and fuel the fire of enthusiasm for the next generation.

On this occasion, Comrade Le Tien Chau, Secretary of Hai Phong City Party Committee, on behalf of the Party and State leaders, awarded the First Class Independence Medal to Thieu Nien Tien Phong Plastic Joint Stock Company. The noble award recognizes the enterprise's outstanding achievements in the cause of national construction and development.
