Fire at high-rise apartment building in Khanh Hoi ward

At around 4:00 p.m. on October 20, residents discovered a fire on the 27th floor of block A of the Rivergate Residence apartment building on Ben Van Don Street, Khanh Hoi Ward, so they reported it to the authorities.

At this time, smoke and fire from inside the apartment billowed out of the windows and balconies. The fire alarm rang, and hundreds of households then evacuated through the hallway to the stairway exit to the ground floor.
