This fair, Bac Kan province participated in 20 booths, with OCOP products achieving 3-5 stars, typical rural industrial products... Right from the first booths, visitors were impressed by the methodical display and introduction of products of units and cooperatives from Bac Kan . Typical products include: vermicelli, shiitake mushrooms, wood ear mushrooms, dried pho, sausage, smoked pork, turmeric starch, honey, golden flower tea...
OCOP products with 3 - 5 stars are displayed and promoted to consumers at the Regional Specialties Fair of the Song Cau Basin.
Notable among them are OCOP products that have been certified from 3 to 5 stars, demonstrating serious investment in the production, processing and value enhancement processes of the products. A typical example is Tai Hoan vermicelli, a national 5-star OCOP product, which attracts special attention because of its chewy, delicious, natural vermicelli fibers, which do not contain additives. In addition, golden flower tea, a rare specialty of Bac Kan, is also solemnly introduced, bringing a gentle aroma and wonderful health benefits.

Not only that, the fair also witnessed the "throne" of many other high-quality agricultural products such as Ba Be squash with its characteristic, sweet and fragrant flavor to cool down on summer days; bottles of An Binh star anise essential oil with strong, pure aroma; or products processed from Dao people's herbs with unique traditional remedies... highly appreciated by consumers.
Mr. Phan Manh Duy, a tourist from Hanoi, shared: "I was really surprised by the abundance and quality of OCOP products and agricultural products of Bac Kan. From dong vermicelli, yellow flower tea to other agricultural products, all are very fresh and have a unique flavor. I believe that these products have the potential to compete in the market."
Not only providing quality products, the units participating in the fair also focus on introducing the production process, product stories and local cultural values. This not only helps consumers better understand the origin and quality of the products but also contributes to promoting the image and potential for agricultural economic development of Bac Kan province.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Mien, Director of An Binh Cooperative (Bach Thong) said: "The fair is a great opportunity for us to introduce our products to a large number of consumers and find potential partners.
