General Secretary To Lam chaired the Central bridge; attended by Party and State leaders; leaders of Central and local departments, ministries, branches, etc.

The conference was held in both direct and online formats, connecting from the main bridge at Dien Hong Hall (National Assembly House) to 37,000 bridge points of ministries, branches, localities, agencies, units... with 1.5 million cadres and party members attending.

At the An Giang provincial bridge, chaired by the Central Party Committee member, An Giang Provincial Party Secretary Le Hong Quang. Also attending were the alternate member of the Central Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung; comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, leaders of departments, branches, socio-political organizations and 232 bridge points, with over 18,700 delegates attending.

Before attending the conference, at the main bridge point of the National Assembly House, delegates visited the exhibitions "Achievements in law making and enforcement" and "Achievements in private economic development and booths displaying products of private enterprises".

At the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh presented the topic "Key and core contents of Resolution 68-NQ/TW, dated May 4, 2025 of the Politburo on private economic development and the plan to implement Resolution 68-NQ/TW". National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man presented the topic "Key and core contents of Resolution 66-NQ/TW, dated April 30, 2025 of the Politburo on innovation in law-making and enforcement to meet the requirements of national development in the new era and the plan to implement Resolution 66-NQ/TW".

Speaking at the conference, General Secretary To Lam emphasized that the four important Resolutions issued by the Politburo recently (Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on promoting science - technology and innovation; Resolution 59-NQ/TW on proactively integrating deeply into the international community; Resolution 68-NQ/TW on strongly developing the private economic sector; Resolution 66-NQ/TW on comprehensively innovating the work of building and enforcing laws) are the fundamental institutional pillars, creating a strong driving force to move our country forward in the new era, realizing the vision of a developed, high-income Vietnam by 2045.

“These are the four resolutions of the “Quad Pillars” to help us take off. Therefore, the entire political system, the entire Party, the entire people and the entire army should join hands, unite, overcome all difficulties, turn aspirations into actions, turn potential into real strength, to together bring our country into a new era - an era of development, prosperity and strength of the Vietnamese people” - General Secretary To Lam called.

Party committees, Party organizations, and authorities at all levels must resolutely direct and concretize the contents of the resolution into practical action programs and plans; at the same time, clearly define responsibilities, closely inspect and supervise implementation, and ensure substantive changes throughout the system. Quickly complete and promulgate national action programs and plans to implement the four resolutions, ensuring close connection, clearly defining goals, tasks, roadmaps, and specific assignments; at the same time, establish a set of indicators for periodic monitoring and evaluation.
