Establishing a drafting team to develop a Decree regulating the release and dissemination of films serving political tasks.

Accordingly, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to establish a drafting team to develop a Decree regulating the release and dissemination of films serving political tasks.

The drafting team has 47 members, including Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong as Head of the Drafting Team; Director of the Cinema Department Dang Tran Cuong as Permanent Deputy Head; Deputy Director of the Cinema Department Do Quoc Viet and Deputy Director of the Legal Department Ngo Thi Ngoc Oanh as Deputy Heads.

The drafting team is responsible for advising the drafting agency to carry out the drafting. The drafting team works part-time and is self-dissolved after the Decree is issued by the Government.

The budget for drafting the Decree regulating the release and dissemination of films to serve the political tasks and activities of the Drafting Team is drawn from the state budget, the 2025-2026 administrative management source of the Department of Cinema and other legal funding sources (if any).
