On the morning of July 15, the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee held a meeting to give opinions on the documents of the Congress of the Party Committee of the Department of Finance and the Party Committee of the Department of Agriculture and Environment. Draft documents of the Party Congresses of the Department of Finance and the Department of Agriculture and Environment include: Draft Political Report for the 2020-2025 term to be submitted to the Congress for the 2025-2030 term; Draft Report reviewing the leadership and direction of the Party Executive Committees of the Departments for the 2020-2025 term (before the merger).

The Draft Political Report of the Party Congress of the Department of Finance for the 2025-2030 term identifies 9 specific goals to be implemented in the new term; The Draft Political Report of the Party Congress of the Department of Agriculture and Environment identifies 14 specific goals.

Giving opinions on the draft document, the Standing members and representatives of the agencies assisting the Provincial Party Committee assessed that the document was prepared by the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of the two Departments in accordance with the outline according to the instructions of the higher-level Party Committees and ensured that the Congress could be held.
