Party members of Military Hospital 354 pioneer in digital transformation

Over the past years, the Party Committee and Board of Directors of Military Hospital 354 have resolutely led and directed the raising of awareness among cadres and party members about the role, importance and inevitable trend of digital transformation. Digital transformation not only helps reduce manual work, but also fundamentally changes the working mindset from "working by hand on paper" to "working smart on machines", from passive to proactive.

Closely following Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo , Resolution No. 3488 of the Central Military Commission, Plan No. 95 of the Party Committee of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering, the Party Committee of Military Hospital 354 has concretized them into appropriate resolutions and action plans.

Up to now, the Hospital has gradually built a Smart Hospital model, with data - medical records - health records digitized, forming an interconnected platform, creating a new medical ecosystem, taking the patient as the center, technology as a tool and practical efficiency as a measure. That result contributes to significantly improving the satisfaction of patients as well as the medical team and doctors.

Along with that, the leadership role of Party committees and Party cells continues to be promoted; cadres and Party members uphold the pioneering spirit, set an example in studying, improving digital skills, and actively participating in the "Digital Education for All" movement .

The entire Hospital synchronously deploys the use of digital platforms, shared software, digitization of records and documents; promotes the promotion of the "Digital Ambassador" model according to the mentor-mentee method in each department, division, and unit; towards building "Digital Department, Division - Digital Hospital" .

Speaking at the seminar, Colonel Nguyen Quoc Khanh, Deputy Director of Military Hospital 354, emphasized: "Digital transformation is a process of comprehensive change, from awareness to action, requiring each cadre and party member to be exemplary and take the lead . "

Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Thi Dao, Head of the Examination Department, Military Hospital 354, shared: "Thanks to the application of digital technology , the department has improved the reception process, flow, and connection of paraclinical data, reduced waiting time, limited administrative paperwork, and created satisfaction for patients."

In the discussion section, Major Nguyen Duy Tan, Head of the Department of Primary Emergency Medicine and Captain Tran Quang Phuc, Doctor of the Department of Emergency Resuscitation, affirmed that the "Digital Education for the People" movement has helped spread the spirit of self-study, practicing digital skills, considering patients as the center and driving force of the digital transformation process.

Despite many difficulties in terms of technological infrastructure, resources and adaptation of a number of staff and patients, with the pioneering and exemplary spirit of the Party members, Military Hospital 354 is determined to promote the application of digital transformation, gradually build a smart hospital, improve the quality of care, medical examination and treatment, and contribute to the successful completion of the central political task.
