According to the license, the supermarket is built on a land area of over 6,100 m², including 1 basement, 4 floors and an elevator shaft, with a total usable floor area of over 15,000 m². This is a grade II civil construction, which has been assessed by a specialized agency for architecture, structure, electrical and mechanical, water supply and drainage, ensuring technical and safety requirements according to regulations. The project is located in a convenient location, adjacent to a 12 m wide internal traffic route, convenient for future connection and operation.

Previously, on June 13, the Provincial People's Committee approved the allocation of nearly 13,000 square meters of additional land to the Kim Quy Island Project to serve the development of traffic infrastructure according to the planning. This is an important move in the process of synchronizing technical infrastructure and internal traffic, ensuring effective connection between functional sub-areas in the project as well as convenient connection with neighboring areas.
