Control the fire in time, do not let it spread

At around 12 o'clock on the same day, a fire broke out at lot 93, compartment 1, sub-area 99, in the cajuput forest area managed by Mr. Nguyen Ro's family (residing in village 6, Phu Vinh commune, Hue city - formerly village 6, Vinh Thanh commune, Phu Vang district).

Upon receiving the news, Vinh Xuan Border Guard Station urgently mobilized officers and soldiers to the scene, coordinating with the Nam Song Huong Forest Rangers, local authorities and people to participate in fire fighting.

The fire burned about 0.7 hectares of Melaleuca forest, mainly the understory. The forces quickly contained, controlled and completely extinguished the fire, preventing it from spreading.

The cause of the fire is being investigated by authorities.
