"The Sacred Mark of Hang Kenh" - the first night tourism product of Hai Phong city will take place on June 28.

On the evening of June 22, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Phong organized the approval of the Night Tour Program "Sacred Marks of Hang Kenh" at Hang Kenh Communal House (Hang Kenh Communal House Relic - No. 47 Nguyen Cong Tru, Hang Kenh Ward, Le Chan District, Hai Phong).

With the aim of bringing visitors new and different experiences compared to visiting relics during the day, the "Hang Kenh Sacred Mark" Night Tour was proposed to be implemented in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Phong, Hai Phong Museum and Library and L'Héritage Group. "Hang Kenh Sacred Mark" - the first night tourism product of Hai Phong city applying modern digital technology to heritage space was launched to the public on June 28, 2025 at a spiritual place with an age of more than 300 years, which is Hang Kenh Communal House Relic, No. 47 Nguyen Cong Tru, Le Chan District. This unique cultural tourism product promises to become a new and attractive highlight for tourists during this year's summer tourist season. This is one of the products of Hai Phong's cultural industry with the highlight of applying digital transformation achievements, bringing heritage into interaction, making it more attractive to people and tourists at home and abroad.

The night tour “The Sacred Mark of Hang Kenh” aims to honor the noble values ​​of the Hang Kenh Communal House. This is a national architectural and artistic relic, built more than 3 centuries ago, where the “National Ancestor Trung Hung” Ngo Quyen is worshiped, the hero who opened the era of independence of our country. The content of the tour hopes to convey the unique story of the Hang Kenh Communal House about the harmony between “Literature” and “Martial Arts”, highlighting the spirit of “Literature and Martial Arts” of the Vietnamese people. The form of the tour is a combination of folk performing arts, traditional rituals and modern technology, with typical activities including: Water puppetry performance on the crescent lake; Incense offering and literature offering rituals, expressing gratitude and praying for the protection of King Ngo; Exchange activities and traditional art performances include Cheo, Ca Tru, Hat Dang Van and especially Hat Cua Dinh - a unique art form of Ca Tru - an Intangible Heritage in Need of Urgent Protection recognized by UNESCO on October 1, 2009. In addition, visitors will also be able to participate in traditional culinary and handicraft experiences: writing calligraphy, printing Dong Ho paintings, shopping for traditional and unique handicraft products...

The program leads visitors through 5 segments, from the image of Duong Lam Ancient Village - Ngo Quyen's hometown, to the scene of military training, tide research, stake field arrangement and the grand scene of the historic Bach Dang naval battle. The effects of light, sound, and moving images on the ancient communal house background will create a lively, realistic and emotional space. After the presentation, visitors will visit the communal house grounds, listen to explanations about the history of Hang Kenh communal house, intangible cultural values, such as ca tru, water puppetry and burn incense to commemorate the national hero Ngo Quyen...

According to the Organizing Committee, the night tour "Sacred Marks of Hang Kenh" will take place every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at 47 Nguyen Cong Tru, Le Chan District, Hai Phong City with the official launch on June 28, 2025. Ticket price for each experience is 300,000 VND/1 adult; 150,000 VND/1 child from 1m to 1.3m tall; free for children under 1m tall.
