Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts, Da Lat city, Bao Loc to study and give opinions on plans to reduce and simplify business regulations when ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and government agencies send comments on the Business Regulation Consultation and Lookup Portal; propagate and encourage associations, businesses, and local people to participate in contributing comments or sending questions and proposals on business regulations on the Business Regulation Consultation and Lookup Portal.
Continue to review and simplify regulations related to business activities, summarize results in quarterly and annual administrative procedure control reports.
The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Center for Investment - Trade and Tourism Promotion to continue advising on the implementation of Document No. 1095/UBND-TH3 of the Provincial People's Committee on organizing monthly meetings and working sessions with businesses and investors in the province to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles for businesses and investors; summarize shortcomings in the implementation of business regulations and send them to ministries and branches for handling according to their management functions, and at the same time send the Provincial People's Committee the implementation results.
