Promote entrusted lending activities to meet people's needs

(CTO) - On the afternoon of July 29, the Cai Rang Social Policy Bank Transaction Office held a signing ceremony of a joint document on the implementation of entrusted lending to poor households and other policy beneficiaries with socio-political organizations: Women's Union, Farmers' Association, Veterans' Association and Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hung Phu ward.

Leaders of Cai Rang Social Policy Bank Transaction Office and political and social organizations of Hung Phu ward agreed to sign a joint document.

Accordingly, the parties focus on promoting propaganda and mobilization; inspecting and supervising entrusted activities; paying attention to training and coaching work and coordinating the development of annual credit plans, monitoring and synchronously implementing solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of policy credit activities...

In addition, the parties ensure the responsibility to promptly implement lending activities, meeting the needs of production and business development of the people. Currently, the total outstanding loan balance of Hung Phu ward is over 223 billion VND belonging to 9 policy credit programs, with 79 savings and loan groups. Overdue debt is 35 million VND, accounting for 0.02% of total outstanding debt.

At the end of July 2025, the Cai Rang Social Policy Bank Transaction Office organized a joint signing with Cai Rang ward socio-political organizations, with a total outstanding loan balance of over 237 billion VND. Overdue debt of 107 million VND, a rate of 0.05%/total outstanding debt.
