At the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project, the working group surveyed the construction site of Tan Van intersection (intersection of Ring Road 3 and Hanoi Highway), Binh Chuan intersection (intersection with My Phuoc - Tan Van road), the intersection of Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 and National Highway 13, and surveyed a 15.3km section of Ring Road 3 that overlaps My Phuoc - Tan Van road.

The Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project is divided into 4 construction packages, and the current construction progress of the project has only reached 42.42%, 8.55% behind schedule. Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Bui Xuan Cuong requested contractors to urgently speed up construction to ensure technical traffic opening by the end of the year.

After the field survey, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Bui Xuan Cuong and the working delegation had a working session with Becamex IDC Corporation, listened to the leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction and other units report on the two metro lines connecting Ho Chi Minh City - Binh Duong . The working delegation also listened to the opinions of relevant agencies on solutions to implement and accelerate the progress of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 projects, the expansion of National Highway 13, and the form of investment in the two metro lines connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong area....

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Bui Xuan Cuong assigned the Department of Finance, the Ho Chi Minh City Urban Railway Management Board, the Department of Construction and other units to review and promptly report on the recommendations at the meeting on investment in completing the My Phuoc - Tan Van road (the section coinciding with Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3), expanding National Highway 13, the route of the two metro lines...
