The Office of the Hanoi People's Committee has issued Official Dispatch No. 15217/VP-NC, conveying the direction of the Standing Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Le Hong Son on the peak propaganda campaign on the Capital Law in the city.
Accordingly, in order to implement the contents of the Capital Law synchronously and effectively, ensuring strict enforcement from January 1, 2025, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Hong Son assigned the Department of Justice - Standing Agency of the City's Law Dissemination andEducation Coordination Council to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, towns, and related units to advise on the Plan to deploy a peak propaganda campaign on the Capital Law in the city, starting from the time the Law takes effect (January 1, 2025), focusing on combining the propaganda of Directive No. 37-CT/TU dated December 6, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee on implementing the Capital Law and the Resolutions on implementing the Capital Law passed at the 19th and 20th Sessions of the City People's Council.
The Departments of Justice, Home Affairs, Finance, Planning - Architecture, and the Management Board of Industrial and Export Processing Zones of Hanoi, based on their assigned functions, tasks and directions of the City People's Committee, shall take the lead in developing the Training Plan, implementing it by sector and field, and promptly reporting to the City People's Committee.
