Major General Vu Huu Hanh spoke at the ceremony.

In recent times, Command 86 and the Department of Electronic Warfare have actively and proactively coordinated in ensuring information security, network security and implementing digital transformation tasks in the Ministry of National Defense ; effectively exploiting and using the tactical-level information warfare system; monitoring targets, creating profiles, and building monitoring topics...

However, the coordination work is still at a certain level, not commensurate with the potential of each side. The signing of the coordination charter aims to develop the potential and cooperation opportunities of the two sectors of cyber warfare and electronic warfare, especially in joint operations, scientific research and technology development.

The Regulation consists of 3 chapters and 8 articles, clearly defining the functions, tasks and roles of agencies and units in combat coordination.
