Immediately after receiving the compensation for site clearance, the family has been urgently moving and returning the site to the project so that the construction unit can carry out the project on schedule.

The project to build a road from My Lam Mineral Spring Resort to National Highway 2D connecting Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho Expressway has a total length of 3.1km in the area of Nhu Han and Nhu Khe communes. The total number of households that must have their land recovered, compensated, supported and resettled is 145 households; the number of households subject to resettlement is 6 households. The total approved budget is 33.57 billion VND, of which the cost of compensation, support and resettlement is 32.92 billion VND. Thanks to the participation, efforts and responsibility of the entire political system from the district to the grassroots level in the site clearance work, up to now, 145/145 households have received compensation with a total amount of 32.92 billion VND/10.95ha. The households receiving compensation have dismantled and moved the constructions... to hand over the site to the investor and the construction unit on schedule.
The contractor focuses on equipment, means and human resources for construction, speeding up the project progress.
Ms. Tran Thi Tuyet Mai, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Nhu Han Commune, Yen Son District, affirmed: The road project from My Lam Mineral Spring Resort to National Highway 2D connecting Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho Expressway plays a very important role in connecting and promoting investment attraction, creating a lever for local socio-economic development. When the project was approved, the entire political system of the commune also participated, especially in the propaganda work on site clearance, creating a clean site for the project owner to construct and build, ensuring the prescribed time. Up to now, 100% of households affected by the project have received compensation and dismantled all construction works on the land to hand over the site to the construction unit.

Currently, the contractor is focusing on equipment, vehicles, and human resources to construct, speed up progress, and complete the project soon. Mr. Duong Ngoc Tuyen, Thanh Hung Investment and Construction Company Limited, Tuyen Quang province, expressed that the unit is currently speeding up the project implementation progress, with 4 construction fronts on the site including: construction of water supply and drainage items; road surface; auxiliary works; lighting system... The early handover of the site by the people has helped the unit facilitate the construction process.
The road project from My Lam Mineral Spring Resort to National Highway 2D connecting Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho Expressway is one of the important routes to complete the traffic network. Because the demand for travel and trade in this area is very large, the completed route will bring many benefits to the socio-economic development of Yen Son district as well as the communes through which the route passes./.
