According to the representative of MIK Group Vietnam Corporation, the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 section passing through Tay Ninh province is nearly 78.3 km long . The project is invested in the form of public-private partnership (PPP) with a total investment of phase 1 (including interest) of 70,010 billion VND, of which the cost of Tay Ninh province accounts for more than 68,269 billion VND.
The project is divided into two phases. Completion phase: Grade 100 expressway, design speed 100 km/h, 8-lane cross-section (Bm = 8m), parallel roads on both sides (B = 7m), trees, synchronous lighting. Phase 1: Construction of 4 expressway lanes (Bn = 25.5m) in advance, with parallel roads arranged in residential areas. Land acquisition and clearance are completed in this phase according to urban standards TCVN 13592:2022. The route has 27 intersections (9 interconnecting intersections, 17 direct intersections, 1 entrance and exit); it is expected to build 26 bridges with a total length of 14.5 km, including large bridges such as river bridges (13,966m in Long An , 555m in Ho Chi Minh City). In addition, there will be intersection overpasses and 638m of residential bridges.

To ensure the project is implemented on schedule, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Minh Lam has assigned specific responsibilities to departments and branches to speed up the progress of the Ring Road 4 project. In particular, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board is assigned as the investor; develop a budget plan for 2025 and allocate reasonable capital for the years 2026-2030; work with the Land Fund Development Center to urgently implement site clearance work with localities in accordance with regulations. Coordinate with relevant departments and branches to guide localities to adjust related planning and ensure adequate supply of materials, avoiding shortages. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches and localities to continue to uphold the sense of responsibility, determination and synchronous coordination, for the common goal of successfully implementing the Ring Road 4 project soon, contributing significantly to the sustainable development of the province and the key economic region of the South./.
