Speed ​​up the progress of implementing the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses

Regarding the implementation results, currently, 2 localities, Ninh Hai district and Phan Rang - Thap Cham city, have completed the target of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses; of which Ninh Hai district completed 77/77 houses (23 newly built, 54 repaired), reaching 100%; Phan Rang - Thap Cham city completed 61/61 houses (33 newly built, 28 repaired), reaching 100%).

The remaining districts include: Ninh Son district has completed 238/273 houses (192 newly built, 46 repaired), reaching 87.2%; 35 houses are being built (26 newly built, 9 repaired); Ninh Phuoc district has completed 98/126 houses (39 newly built, 59 repaired) reaching 77.8%; 28 houses are being built (24 newly built, 4 repaired); Thuan Nam district has completed 203/297 houses (71 newly built, 132 repaired), reaching 68.4%; 94 houses are being built (48 newly built, 46 repaired); Thuan Bac district has completed 298/507 houses (200 newly built, 98 repaired), reaching 58.5%; 209 houses are being built (196 newly built, 13 repaired); Bac Ai district has completed 427/872 houses (351 newly built, 76 repaired), reaching 49%; 445 houses are in progress (323 newly built, 122 repaired).

In order to complete the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the province before May 31, 2025 as planned, on May 23, 2025, the Provincial Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses issued Official Dispatch No. 2270-CV/BCĐ requesting the Department of Agriculture and Environment; People's Committees of Bac Ai, Thuan Bac, Thuan Nam, Ninh Son, Ninh Phuoc districts to speed up the progress of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses to reach the finish line on time. In particular, for the two districts of Bac Ai and Thuan Bac, it is necessary to focus on more drastic direction, especially focusing on localities with a large number of supported houses and a low number of completed houses such as Bac Son and Phuoc Chien communes (Thuan Bac) and communes of Bac Ai district (except Phuoc Hoa commune which has been completed); Focus on speeding up the implementation progress with many solutions such as: Adding contractors, construction workers, construction materials and overtime to construct the project, including working on Saturdays and Sundays, overcoming all difficulties to successfully achieve the set goals.

The Provincial Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses requires comrades in the District Steering Committee to closely follow the grassroots to direct and urge the commune level to speed up the implementation progress in parallel with inspecting and supervising the construction quality of the works and absolutely not allowing any loss, waste or negativity in the process of implementing the program. Further promote propaganda, mobilization, and mobilization of shock troops to participate in working days, families, and clans to support materials, funds, etc., to build and repair more spacious houses; proactively resolve arising problems right at the local level.

Along with that, localities strictly implement the regime of daily reporting of implementation results to the Department of Agriculture and Environment, to quickly synthesize and report daily program implementation results to the Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses.
