In the world, the trend of converting from using human resources to AI has been strong. Microsoft announced plans to cut about 6,000 jobs; Walmart also announced cutting 1,500 employees in the technology, e-commerce, advertising sectors... The World Economic Forum's "Future of Jobs 2025" report further reinforced this trend when it pointed out that 41% of businesses worldwide plan to cut staff by 2030 due to the development of AI, equivalent to 92 million jobs in the fields of accounting, human resources, banking...

Will "office AI" certification be needed?

AI destroys one job, creates another

Billionaire Jack Ma, founder of Alibaba - China's leading corporation, once predicted that in the near future, up to 50% of current jobs could disappear due to the impact of AI. He pointed out 6 occupations that are likely to disappear soon if workers do not change in time, including translators - interpreters, drivers, middlemen, assembly workers, waiters and bank employees.

In fact, AI and robots are replacing humans in some jobs, especially repetitive jobs that require little creativity or complex thinking, such as assembly line production, data entry, or basic customer service. It frees people from boring, dangerous, and heavy jobs. On the other hand, AI also creates many new jobs, especially in areas such as technology development, data analysis, AI system management, and creative industries. History shows that technology often destroys some jobs but at the same time creates other opportunities.

However, if AI develops too quickly, the workforce may not be able to adapt, leading to temporary unemployment or income inequality. Therefore, investing in education and reskilling is very important.
