This is the advice and proposal of Mr. Phan Dinh Tuan Anh, Director of Angels 4 Us Company, to make the activities to support women in starting a business in the next phase more effective.

Assessing the significance of the Project to support women in starting a business in the 2017-2025 period (Project 939) chaired by the Vietnam Women's Union, according to Mr. Phan Dinh Tuan Anh, the most obvious effect of the Project is the factor related to improving women's livelihoods, because Project 939 has directly impacted groups of women who have not started a business and have just started a business.

"In recent years, the Women's Startup Competition has not only been a movement in nature, but its business and communication effects have spread to all levels of members and women. Therefore, provinces and cities that did not have projects participating in the Competition have now qualified to participate in the competition, making efforts to develop women's startup projects/ideas.

In particular, in the past 2 years, 2 segments have emerged: the segment of women who want to participate in startups and the second segment is women who have initially had an economic surplus and want to grow and develop further. Therefore, I hope to have appropriate planning and zoning programs for each specific group such as projects, incubation ideas, new ideas and projects and programs to support, nurture, maintain and develop startup projects so that they can accelerate," said Mr. Tuan Anh.

Mr. Phan Dinh Tuan Anh also gave advice and proposed that the Vietnam Women's Union should be bold and promote coordination with organizations and individuals in the startup ecosystem to be able to connect and take advantage of the abundant resources available in this ecosystem, thereby releasing pressure as well as resources, creating space and time for the staff to implement, so that activities to support women startups are effective.
