(CT) - In order to create close relationships in human resource training, job consulting, recruitment and employment, Can Tho City Employment Service Center (DVVL) is interested in promoting a 3-party cooperation model: school - center - enterprise.

Can Tho City Employment Service Center organizes many job transaction events, supporting students and workers to meet directly with recruiting businesses.

To effectively implement the 3-party cooperation model, Can Tho City Employment Service Center is a bridge to organize many practical activities. From the beginning of 2025 to now, the Center has coordinated to organize 6 job fairs at schools and Centers; 31 weekly "Job Coffee" sessions; 17 days of meeting with employers... From 2023 to now, Can Tho City Employment Service Center has signed 3-party cooperation agreements with 11 training schools, vocational education institutions and 20 businesses inside and outside the city.

In addition, Can Tho City Employment Service Center maintains a "Job Corner" at Can Tho University of Technology; regularly sends to training schools and vocational training institutions information on domestic and foreign job recruitment posted at the Center; organizes many training sessions on job search skills, CV writing, interview skills... to help thousands of students improve their ability to integrate into the labor market.

The three-way cooperation contributes to job creation, providing quality human resources for businesses, and creating conditions for students and workers to access suitable career opportunities immediately after graduation.
