Service of receiving balance change notification via SMS is chargeable

To improve service efficiency and facilitate customers to monitor changes in their payment account balances, the Social Policy Bank has officially launched a service to receive notifications of changes in payment account balances via SMS with a fee to customers.

In the past time, customers have trusted and used payment account services at the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP). In order to improve service efficiency and facilitate customers to monitor changes in their payment account balances, the VBSP has officially launched a service to receive notifications of changes in payment account balances via SMS with a fee to customers, with the following main contents:

Applicable from April 1, 2025. Applicable to customers who open a payment account at the Social Policy Bank and have registered to use the service of receiving balance change notifications via SMS.

Billing period: Monthly, on the last day of the month. Specific applicable fees are as follows:

1	Individual	≤ 20	11,000 VND
		>20	- 11,000 VND for the first 20 messages. - 700 VND/message for messages exceeding 20 messages.
2	Organization	≥ 1	55,000 VND

Note: Customers can register multiple phone numbers to receive balance changes. Each phone number registered by the customer will be subject to the above fee schedule.

3. Service registration process:

Method 1: Customers go to the headquarters of the Social Policy Bank or the Transaction Point of the Social Policy Bank to register for the proactive SMS service (receive balance change notifications via SMS for a fee).

Method 2: Register on VBSP SmartBanking application

Customers with Mobile Banking accounts register at: Settings/ Manage notifications/ receive balance change notifications via SMS.

For more details on registration and service fees, customers can view public information at the nearest Social Policy Bank headquarters or via the publicly posted phone number of the nearest Social Policy Bank.
