On the afternoon of August 22, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education announced the admission scores for the first round of 2025, with admission methods using the results of the high school graduation exam, the results of the specialized competency assessment exam combined with high school transcripts, and admission of candidates who are specialized class students.

Accordingly, the admission score in 2025 tends to remain the same or increase slightly compared to 2024. Notably, there are 2 majors with admission scores above 29 and 4 majors above 28. Chemistry pedagogy is the major with the highest admission score in this group with 29.38 points.

Not only teacher training majors, but also non-pedagogical majors have attracted great attention in this year's admission season, in which psychology is the major with the highest admission score of 28.08 points.
