Accordingly, for the admission method based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam, the Northern training facility of the Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology accepts applications from 19 points or more, applicable to 5 admission groups A00 (math, physics, chemistry), A01 (math, physics, English), D01 (math, literature, English), X06 (math, physics, IT), X26 (math, IT, English).
The above floor score includes priority points for subjects and regional priority points according to the admission regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training .
Last year, the academy accepted applications for three groups A00, A01, D01 with scores of 22 or higher. Thus, the minimum score for admission to the school this year has decreased by 3 points compared to last year.
For other admission methods (talent selection; selection based on international competency assessment certificate results; selection based on competency assessment test results or thinking assessment; selection combining international English certificate with high school study results), the entrance score threshold is the registration condition according to each method announced in the academy's admission information.
Last year, the admission score based on high school graduation exam scores ranged from 18 to 26.4 points, with information technology leading the way.
Previously, many universities across the country also announced the minimum admission score based on high school graduation exam scores and the trend has decreased significantly compared to last year. Some schools have lowered the minimum score from 1 to 7 points, depending on the major/training program.
Some schools stated that the reason for lowering the floor score compared to last year was because this year's high school graduation exam score range had many fluctuations, especially in math and English.
In 2025, the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology will enroll 6,680 students and open two new majors: artificial intelligence and logistics and supply chain management.
In addition, the academy plans to charge tuition fees for each training program ranging from 29.6 to 62.5 million VND per year. Compared to last year, the tuition fee has increased by 2.6 to 10.2 million VND per academic year.
